Help your teen be happy and healthy.
TEACH THEM TO BUILD GREAT RELATIONSHIPS.
End your teen’s struggle with
anxiety, depression and low self-esteem.
Middle school and high school are tough enough.
Depression and anxiety can make them even harder. If your teen is sad and withdrawn, they may be experiencing depression. If your child is irritable or angry, this could also be depression. Do tests or social situations make your teen nervous, or even worse, sick and miserable? They might be suffering from anxiety. If your teen has anxiety or depression, I have good news for you: It doesn’t always have to be this way. My name is Bethany Raab. My work is driven by knowing that many young people struggle with anxiety and depression. I see clients ages 12-22 years, offering individual and family therapy. |
Convenient after-school virtual sessions are available for your convenience.
